These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the We Make T-Shirts website and services. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
All products sold by We Make T-Shirts are custom manufactured to order. Because items are personalized and cannot be resold, all sales are considered final except in cases of confirmed production errors directly attributable to We Make T-Shirts.
Orders may not be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged once production preparation has begun, including artwork processing, scheduling, garment ordering, production setup, or manufacturing activities.
By submitting artwork, logos, trademarks, or other content, the customer represents and warrants that they own the rights or have authorization to use such material.
We Make T-Shirts assumes no responsibility for intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted content. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless We Make T-Shirts from any claims, damages, legal expenses, or actions related to copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property disputes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all uploaded artwork, spelling, colors, garment selections, quantities, sizes, and order information submitted at checkout are accurate.
Any artwork proof, mockup, or image provided by We Make T-Shirts is intended as a view-only representation of the overall design concept and production intent.
We Make T-Shirts may adjust artwork as needed for production purposes including but not limited to:
• background removal
• image cleanup
• color optimization
• sizing adjustments
• artwork enhancement
• print optimization
Mockups and digital representations are intended to provide a general visual reference only and are not exact production renderings.
Final print size and artwork placement are completed according to standard industry guidelines unless specific placement instructions are provided by the customer in checkout notes at the time the order is placed.
Placement preferences, assumptions, or expectations are not considered production errors.
We Make T-Shirts is not responsible for customer-submitted errors including spelling mistakes, incorrect uploads, low-resolution artwork, or other customer-provided content.
Custom printing and embroidery involve normal industry tolerances including:
• slight color variations between digital proofs and physical products
• minor placement shifts
• garment sizing variances from manufacturers
• ink texture variations
• embroidery thread variation
• batch-to-batch garment color differences
These characteristics are inherent to the production process and do not constitute defects.
Minor placement variations or standard production tolerances do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, or reprints.
Customers are solely responsible for selecting garment styles and sizes.
Sizing may vary between manufacturers, garment styles, fabric blends, production runs, and garment types. Product photos and mockups are not intended as sizing guarantees.
Customers are encouraged to review sizing charts before placing an order.
Sizing issues, fit preferences, shrinkage variations, or customer-selected size errors do not qualify for refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or reprints.
Orders require payment in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve an issue directly with We Make T-Shirts may be disputed and considered a violation of these Terms.
Production timelines, turnaround estimates, and shipping dates displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guarantees unless explicitly stated in writing.
Production time begins after all required order information has been received and may vary depending on artwork complexity, order volume, supplier inventory availability, production scheduling, and workload.
Customers acknowledge that estimated turnaround times should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.
Customers may not cancel an order due solely to assumptions, expectations, events, travel dates, business deadlines, or misunderstandings regarding anticipated delivery timing.
Delays caused by artwork complexity, supplier inventory shortages, weather, equipment failure, labor issues, holidays, force majeure events, or circumstances outside of our control do not qualify for cancellation, refund, chargeback, or compensation.
Once an order enters artwork processing, scheduling, garment ordering, or production preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.
We Make T-Shirts will make every reasonable effort to produce and ship orders within the selected turnaround timeframe. Once an order has been completed and accepted into a shipping carrier's network, delivery performance and transit timelines are outside of our control.
Shipping dates and transit estimates provided by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service level has been specifically purchased and confirmed in writing.
We Make T-Shirts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, routing changes, mechanical failures, labor interruptions, customs delays, missed scans, peak season congestion, carrier operational issues, or circumstances outside of our control.
Responsibility for packages transfers to the shipping carrier once the package has been accepted into their network.
We Make T-Shirts is not liable for delayed, lost, stolen, damaged, misdelivered, or missing packages after carrier acceptance.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring a secure delivery location.
Incorrect addresses, address changes submitted after shipment, or delivery issues resulting from customer-provided information remain the responsibility of the customer.
If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact household members, neighbors, apartment offices, property management, or the shipping carrier directly.
We Make T-Shirts may assist with carrier investigations or claims when possible but cannot guarantee claim approval, reimbursement, replacement, or carrier resolution.
Any replacement, refund, reprint, accommodation, or exception for shipping-related issues shall be made solely at the discretion of We Make T-Shirts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Make T-Shirts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from any order or use of this website.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected portion of the order.
Users agree not to misuse the website, upload harmful or illegal content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or engage in fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict website access at our discretion.
We Make T-Shirts shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, internet outages, governmental actions, acts of God, or unforeseen operational interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided by We Make T-Shirts shall be resolved exclusively within Wisconsin courts.
