Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

All items produced by We Make T-Shirts are custom manufactured to order. Because each product is printed or embroidered specifically for the customer and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom apparel.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all uploaded artwork, spelling, colors, garment selections, sizes, quantities, and other order details submitted at checkout are accurate. Any artwork proof or mockup provided by We Make T-Shirts is intended as a view-only representation of the overall design and print concept. Final artwork may be adjusted as needed for production purposes including print quality, background removal, image enhancement, sizing adjustments, and production optimization. Placement and sizing are completed according to standard industry guidelines unless specific placement instructions are provided by the customer in the checkout notes at the time of purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If an error occurs due to a mistake on our part — including print defects, embroidery defects, or production that does not match the approved order details — customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will evaluate the issue and, if the error is determined to be our responsibility, we will make every reasonable effort to correct the problem. Remedies may include reprinting, replacement of affected items, or another fair resolution at our discretion.

Please note that placement expectations or preferences are not considered production errors. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, all artwork is placed according to standard industry practices. Customers requesting specific placement instructions should include detailed notes during checkout.

Normal variations inherent to the custom printing and embroidery process are not considered defects. This includes slight color variations, minor placement shifts, sizing tolerances, differences between digital mockups and physical garments, and garment manufacturer variances outside of our control.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including artwork files, sizing selections, spelling errors, or other order details submitted during checkout.

Our goal is to produce high-quality custom apparel and ensure customer satisfaction. While custom orders are considered final sale, we are committed to handling legitimate production issues professionally and fairly.
